Devon Gray
Devon received her Juris doctorate (JD) from the University of Washington School of Law in 2016, graduating first in her law class and earning the 2016 class Honor Graduate designation. After UW, Devon returned to the Wenatchee Valley where she has practiced ever since.
Devon focuses on of civil litigation, class actions, and construction law. She is known for her meticulous research and persuasive legal writing skills. She excels in complex civil litigation and effectively distilling nuanced legal issues in briefing and preparation for oral arguments. She has briefed and/or argued before local courts as well as state appellate courts, Eastern and Western Washington federal district courts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Devon also has an in-depth working knowledge of the local construction industry. For the past three years, she has served as in-house counsel for a large full-service civil highway, site preparation and industrial general contractor. She grew up in a construction family, spending her early-adult summers working in the field, and has crafted a working understanding of how to run all kinds of heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, scrapers, rollers, articulated trucks and even the ever-humbling flathead shovel.
In her spare time, Devon likes anything that will tire out her dog. The only thing she enjoys more than split boarding, trail running, backpacking, and mountain biking all over the world is eating gourmet food that she didn’t have to cook.
