Our attorneys have significant experience representing clients in every aspect of litigation. Litigation can be time-consuming and expensive. As such, our first preference is to avoid the courtroom and negotiate an acceptable resolution of the dispute. A practical and economically efficient outcome is preferred, but not always feasible. When settlement is not an option, we are strong advocates in the courtroom.
We have extensive litigation experience in both state and federal court, from dispositive motion arguments to depositions and trial. Our attorneys have also assisted in arbitration, mediation, and regulatory proceedings. We have argued appeals in front of the Washington State Court of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
