Lindsey J. Weidenbach
A native of Cashmere, Washington, Lindsey has been practicing law since 2011 after completing her Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Gonzaga University and receiving her Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation at the University of Washington. Lindsey is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association. Her primary areas of practice are tax law and 1031 exchanges, estate planning, business and corporate law, as well as working with agriculture and highly regulated industries. Lindsey’s tax LLM degree provides her the knowledge and background to complete complex tax and succession planning for businesses and individuals. Her practice focuses on adding value to both small and large organizations. Lindsey serves as corporate counsel for numerous large-scale farm operations such as Class A Properties and Golden West Farms, as well as numerous cannabis-based industry leaders.
As a long-time resident, she sees great value in helping local people grow their businesses. Lindsey is committed to her law practice and her community. She helped build the business model for the Pybus Public Market and is on the board of directors of the Pybus Public Market and the Pybus Market Charitable Foundation. Lindsey is a past recipient of the North Central Washington Volunteer of the Year for Annie’s Fun, a Washington State nonprofit, and was selected a 2014 Wenatchee World 30 Under 35 recipient.
